Activate Trackting DOT
Your Trackting DOT is already built into the seat: there's nothing to install. All it takes to activate it is a few minutes and your smartphone.
What's in the box
In the box you received with the seat, you will find:
- The red keyring Tag, already paired with your Trackting DOT
- The card with your unique personal QR Code
- The USB-C charging cable

Install the "TRACKTING" app
- For iPhone click here – App Store
- For Android click here – Google Play
Sign up and follow the instructions in the App.

Pair Trackting DOT
Open the App, tap Add device (the + button at the top), allow the App to use the camera and frame the QR Code printed on the card.

Charge the battery
Connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the seat and to a smartphone charger or a power bank. You don't need to remove anything.
When charging is complete, you'll receive a notification in the App: at that point, unplug the cable.

Good to know
The keyring Tag already has a battery inside and is already paired with your Trackting DOT: you don't need to do anything.

Record your first parking event
- With the Tag in your pocket, move the motorcycle a few metres, for example by going for a short ride.
- Park outdoors, in a spot with a clear view of the sky.
- Walk at least 30 metres away from the motorcycle with the Tag.
- Within 5 minutes, you'll receive a notification in the App and see the parking location on the map.
Great! Trackting DOT is active and protecting your motorcycle.
Can't see the location on the map? Repeat the procedure or contact Customer Support.

A few useful tips
- Always carry the Tag with you when you use the motorcycle: that's how Trackting DOT recognises that it's you riding.
- Never leave the cable connected to the seat's USB-C port after charging, to avoid damaging the connector.
- From the App you can adjust the vibration sensitivity to suit your needs.

You can adjust the vibration sensitivity to suit your needs. Remember: too high a sensitivity could trigger the alarm in case of external vibrations, such as a passing truck.

Verify your phone number and save the Trackting Alarm numbers
Make sure you've registered your mobile number in the App and save the following numbers in your contacts as "Trackting Alarm":
Set your phone so that "Trackting Alarm" can reach you even in silent or "Do Not Disturb" mode.
When you receive an alarm call, you must never answer it (you must reject the call) because:
- this way, it won't count towards your monthly calls (otherwise, you're limited to a maximum of 5);
- it's an automated system, not an operator, and is only meant to alert you in the event of an alarm.
If you answer or have voicemail enabled, the call will be deducted from your 5 monthly calls. Notifications, however, remain unlimited.

Good to know
With some phone operators, voicemail picks up automatically even if you reject the call or don't answer. In this case, one of your 5 monthly calls is used up. To turn off voicemail, you can follow the guide here.

Did you also purchase an additional Tag?
The Tag in the box you received with the seat is already paired with your Trackting DOT: no further action is required.
If you have purchased an additional Tag, you need to pair it by following the instructions described here.
NOTE: you can pair up to 3 Tags with the same Trackting DOT. Each Tag can only be paired with one device at a time.

Subscription
The Trackting DOT service costs €39 per year and includes the SIM, data traffic and coverage throughout Europe. The first 14 days from initial activation are included. You purchase it in the App. There is no automatic renewal: you will still receive emails and notifications as the expiry date approaches.
Warning: if the service is not renewed, your vehicle will no longer be protected.
