New! You can adjust the vibration sensitivity
Adjust the sensitivity based on your vehicle type and your needs.
Remember: if the sensitivity is set too high, the alarm might go off due to external vibrations (such as passing trucks).
Verify Your Phone Number and Save the Alarm Numbers
Make sure you’ve registered your cell phone number in the app and save the following numbers in your contacts as “Trackting Alarm”:

Set your phone so that “Trackting Alarm” can reach you even in silent or “Do Not Disturb” mode.
When you receive an alarm call, you must never answer it (you must reject the call) because:
- This way, it won’t count toward your monthly call allowance (otherwise, you’re limited to a maximum of 5 calls).
- It’s an automated system, not an operator, and is only meant to alert you in the event of an alarm.
If, on the other hand, you answer or have voicemail enabled, the call will be counted toward your monthly limit of 5 calls.
Notifications, however, remain unlimited.
Good to Know
With some phone carriers, voicemail activates automatically even if you reject the call or don’t answer. In this case, one of your 5 monthly calls would be used. To turn off voicemail, follow the guide here.
