How Trackting Bike Works

    Trackting BIKE is a smart system that connects a GPS tracker to a mobile App, to guarantee you control over your bicycle at all times. It consists of two elements:

    • The GPS tracker
    • The mobile App

    The tracker is quick and easy to attach to the bicycle: you fix it under the bottle cage holder (BIKE T7 or T8) or inside the fork steerer tube (BIKE T9), and it's safe from forced removal.

  • Features

    The TRACKTING App, available free of charge for Android and iPhone, lets you select two modes:

    • Active Protection (lock closed)
    • Protection Disabled (lock open)

    In Protection Disabled mode, when the bike is moving, BIKE understands that the owner is nearby or on the pedals.

    In Active Protection mode, the device guards the bike and reacts to every attempt at theft or tampering, thanks to the integrated digital vibration sensor.

    In the event of theft, BIKE alerts the owner with a phone call and updates the position on the map every 30 seconds. Should the thief enter a covered location (e.g. a garage), BIKE would send the position near the entrance.

    The App lets you pair and control several bikes at the same time, each equipped with its own device.

      No subscription fees for the built-in SIM.

      Includes a subscription of €29 per year. On first activation you always get 30 days of free subscription.

  • Recommendations

    Trackting Bike devices are IP54, meaning they withstand water drops but not immersion and/or pressurised sprays.

    Therefore:

    • Always use the rubber caps provided and make sure they are pushed all the way in
    • Avoid using water jets (hose or pressure washer)
