Enable Trackting Bike

Welcome! Activating Trackting BIKE is super easy: just follow this quick guide

  • 01

    Install the "TRACKTING" app

    Sign up and follow the instructions in the App.

    Activate the device

    Connect the device to a charger using the supplied USB-C cable.

    The LED will start flashing red. Wait until it turns solid green: charging complete.

  • 03

    Pair the tracker

    Open the App, tap Add device (the + button at the top), allow the App to use the camera and frame the QR Code printed on the card you find inside the box.

    Install the device on your bike

    Follow these simple steps

    Try out the alarm test

    You must carry out this test outdoors with a good view of the sky.

    • Activate Protection from the app using the dedicated switch. To activate/deactivate protection you must be near the bike.
    • Shake the Bike for 5-10 seconds.
    • You will receive the alarm notification and phone call within 30 seconds

    NOTE:

    only for this first test the times may be longer, as the device is initializing.

    • Try to ride away with the bike: you will see the position and direction update on the map every 30 seconds.

  • Verify your phone number and save the Alarm numbers

    Make sure you have registered your mobile number in the App and save in your contacts the following numbers as "Trackting Allarme":

    Set up your phone so that "Trackting Allarme" can reach you even in silent or "Do Not Disturb" mode.

    When you receive the alarm call you must never answer (you must reject the call) because:

    • This way your monthly calls are not used up (otherwise they are max 10).
    • It is an automatic system, not an operator, and serves only to alert you in case of an alarm.

    If instead you answer or have voicemail active, the call is deducted from the 10 monthly ones available to you.
    Notifications nevertheless remain unlimited.

  • Recommendations

    Trackting Bike devices are IP54, meaning they withstand water drops but not immersion and/or pressurised sprays.

    Therefore:

    • Always use the rubber caps provided and make sure they are pushed all the way in
    • Avoid using water jets (hose or pressure washer)
