Smart Support Tag Add / Remove v3

Only for SMART V3 Tags

This procedure applies exclusively to the Tag compatible with SMART V3, as shown in the photo here.

NOTE: The V3 Tag can be paired with only one Tracker at a time.

How to add a Tag

First of all, make sure you can put the Tracker that the new Tag will be paired with on charge: it's essential for the procedure.

  1. Open the Trackting App and tap the "Vehicle" tab at the bottom, or access the device from the vehicle list (icon with the three horizontal lines) and then tap on device detail
  2. Tap on Tag Management
  3. Connect the Tracker to the charger
  4. Tap on connect
  5. Follow the instructions in the wizard that will open from the App.
