To improve performance, we recommend keeping the Tracker updated to the latest available firmware version.
It's super easy: just connect the Tracker to a power bank or another power source using its USB cable, then start the procedure via the App, following the instructions that will appear on your smartphone screen. Done!
To check whether an update is available for your Smart V2, proceed as follows:
- Open the app
- From the vehicle list (the button with the three lines), tap the vehicle's card and then on
- Vehicle Details
- Scroll down to the Installed firmware item and tap Start if a new version is available
NB. If no item appears under the Installed FW heading, it means your Tracker is already updated to the latest available version
